Access your enrollment at: https://boonchapman.benselect.com/ehealth through December 4th. Please refer to your email from Michelle Halloran for login instructions. All U.S. employees must login to select benefits or opt out.

Enrollment is complete when you see the CONGRATUALTIONS message. Please log out when you are done!

Helpful Hints:

1. Review the 2021 Benefit Booklet so that you can make informed decisions about your 2021 benefits elections.
2. Have your dependents ss# and date of birth available.
3. Sign up for your optional Biometrics screening now through our newly extended date of December 4^th. Participants can receive a discount on medical premiums for participating (except when electing the highest deductible plan).
