To support the needs of our growing company, we are changing our IT Help Desk provider from CTG to Ideal Integrations. Based out of Pittsburgh, Ideal Integrations combines cutting-edge innovations with a creative and skilled team of engineers to deliver customized technology solutions that will undoubtedly help our company succeed.

Issue Escalation
• We will have a dedicated full-time employee to process all escalated issues.
Help Desk Services
• All employees from any location may contact Ideal Integrations first for any IT-related questions and issues, including general hardware and PC software issues (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Team applications, etc.), connectivity issues, equipment ordering, and network access requests. There will be an approval process built within the ticketing platform to route any new service and procurement request to the reporting manager. Only incidents will go directly to Ideal Integrations.
• Email requests should include as many details as possible (screenshots, description of the issue, etc.), as well as a callback number and the best times to reach you.
Dedicated Onsite Resource in Rochester Office
A dedicated resource for IT Helpdesk Technical Support will be onsite at the eHealth Technologies Rochester office 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm ET, to offer a variety of support services. Please note that Katie Wheeler is not a point of contact for your desktop needs. It is important that you use the ticketing system and/or various ways to contact Ideal Integrations for any IT support you may need.
