Last Week’s Accomplishments:

  • Operations
    • Helped advanced the delivery of life altering care for ~8,500 people last week!
    • Successfully interviewed and hired 8 new employees for the Duffield Training Class to begin on 9-25. This was accomplished on short notice and had great teamwork between HR and Operations
    • Open COH Oncology cases are down to 930 which is the lowest number of open cases since April 25th yielding reduced backlog and should enable us to achieve their TAT SLA in the future.
    • Good week for closed cases with our first +1800 plus day since late May.
    • Successfully launched Transcarent which had some unique privacy/security requirements. Good teamwork between IT and Operations.
  • Customer Success
    • Completed Transcarent and NY Proton implementations
    • Visited NYP Columbia Oncology and Weill Cornell Oncology for onsite quarterly business reviews
    • Held remote quarterly business reviews UH Cleveland COE/TJR, Mayo AZ TX, Mayo FLA TX, Duke Pulmonary and VCU TX
  • Technology
    • Overall system uptime came in at 99.99% against a plan of 99.9% with no major outages or downtime
    • Retired on-premises email servers and services, completed mail migration to Exchange Online. Shut down 2 servers.
    • Retired on-premises Active Directory, completed migration to Azure Active Directory
  • Product Development
    • WQ Prioritization contributing to Ops performance improvement
  • Sales
    • Closed UCSD North County Oncology
  • Legal
    • Proposed how we can proactively leverage information blocking rule change-up to $1M fine for companies that do not comply
  • Human Resources
    • Managed staffing to meet demand and financial expectations. Currently have 569 Team Members against a forecast of 587 Team Members at the end of September
    • Hosted a Leadership Learning Session to brainstorm for future learning opportunities.  We have identified several tracks for the future!
    • Successfully filled the Duffield training class with 8 new joiners starting September 25th
    • Replaced Operations Trainer.  Sara Sharrow has been promoted to Trainer for eHealth Technologies.  Sara was formally an Assistant Operations Manager.  We’re excited to have Sara joining the training team, effective today, September 25th

Last Week’s Challenges:

  • Sales
    • Did not close Memorial Hermann or Ascension as forecasted.  Both deals are still expected to close in September.
  • Operations
    • Closed locations / person / day came in at 9.6 against a reforecast of 9.7.
    • Turnaround time increased from 8.2 to 8.4 days
    • Excess backlog increased from ~6,100 to ~6,300 patients
    • Patient volume came in 2% below plan
    • Closed cases came in 5% below plan
    • While we made progress on the COH and Stanford we continue to exceed the required TAT SLA measure.
  • Customer Success
    • Mayo Clinic AZ stated they have stopped using eHealth for Pre-Kidney. Engaging to retain their business.
  • Human Resources
    • Sudden departure of trainer led to adjustment of plans for the incoming Duffield class starting 9/25.  Thank you to Cari Bigelow and Brian O’Neill for scrambling to cover this training session!

This Week’s Focus:

  • Operations
    • Continue to keep urgency up on closing cases to decrease excess backlog and get turnaround time down
    • Achieve closed case goal for the week in order to continue reducing backlog
    • Conduct interviews and selections for open Operations Manager and Assistant Manager Positions
  • Sales
    • Close Memorial Hermann, expansion with Northwestern and Ascension St. John’s
    • Close City of Hope 1 year amendment
  • Customer Success
    • Kick off Call with Schwarzman Animal Medical Center
    • Complete Indexing Set Up project
    • Launch NYP Concierge
    • Finalize UCLA EMR Integration
    • Remote QBR CCF Spine
  • Human Resources
    • Ensure all past due reviews are closed by end of the month (Friday!!)

Responsibilities include ensuring customer imaging requests are processed in a timely manner, utilizing the internal traveler system to retrieve patient info for processing, and more.
