KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, CHALLENGES, AND FOCUS AREAS

Last Week’s Accomplishments:

  • Operations
    • Helped advance the delivery of life-altering care for ~8,500 people last week! That is an increase of 6% over last week and 1% ahead of plan
    • Finalized training dates and trainers for the domestic and offshore new hire training classes scheduled for 9/25
    • Put in place incentive plans over the Labor Day weekend to get a good start towards achieving Stanford and COH SLAs for the month of September
  • Sales
    • Closed Memorial Hermann opportunity
    • Received verbal agreement from City of Hope for a 1-year agreement without 60-day termination for convenience clause
  • Marketing
    • eHealth Technologies named to Rochester Business Review’s Power 30 Health Care list
  • Customer Success
    • Held remote quarterly business reviews with Rush Urology and Surgery and Mayo Clinic Transplant – Jacksonville
  • Technology
    • Overall system uptime came in at 99.99% against a plan of 99.9% but we did have slowness on K2 as a result of improved flow from newly added OCR servers
  • Office Management
    • Formed task force team to begin the search for the new office in Rochester. Lease in current building is up in summer of 2024.
  • Human Resources
    • Managed staffing to meet demand and financial expectations. Currently have 559 Team Members against a forecast of 574 Team Members at the end of August
    • Hosted employee (and family) engagement event in Rochester at Red Wings game
    • eHealth Technologies Cares Team raised $6k for American Cancer Society

 

Last Week’s Challenges:

  • Sales
    • Did not close Ascension or UCSD as forecasted. Both deals are expected to close in September.
  • Operations
    • Closed locations / person / day came in at 9.7 against a forecast of 11.4
    • Turnaround time increased from 7.7 to 7.9 days
    • Excess backlog remained at ~5,900 patients
    • Patient volume came in 3% below plan
    • Stanford and City of Hope SLA still exceeds 5-day threshold. Both teams are focused on lowering turnaround time but will likely miss the SLA for the month of August

This Week’s Focus:

  • Operations
    • Continue to keep urgency up on closing cases to decrease excess backlog and get turnaround time down
  • Sales
    • Close Ascension St. John’s
    • Close UCSD North County Oncology
    • Advance City of Hope 1 year amendment
  • Customer Success
    • Meet onsite with UPMC transplant
    • Hold remote quarterly business review with ECMC Transplant and St. Joseph Hospital Transplant
  • Legal
    • Propose how we can proactively leverage information-blocking rule change-up to $1M fine for companies that do not comply
  • Human Resources
    • Continue to execute against employee engagement action plan by completing high-priority actions
  • Executive Leadership Team
    • Finalize and send quarterly board presentation

COMPLETE YOUR INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS (IDPs) BY SEP. 30

Please be sure to complete your IDP by September 30, 2023. Once completed, you will work with your immediate manager to schedule a career discussion. Then you both will meet to finalize your IDP, utilizing your monthly 1:1 meeting to review and discuss the progress made against your plan at least twice a year. Should you need additional guidance and/or have questions about filling out this template, we encourage you to work with your manager to fill this out together at your next 1:1 meeting.
