Michael Abele
Hired as: Human Resources Generalist
Michael most recently served as a People Resources Analyst at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes & Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. As eHealth Technologies’ newest Human Resources Generalist, Michael will be a key member of our HR team, specializing in areas that include talent management, policy documentation, and payroll and benefit administration. He has 11 years of HR administration and analyst experience along with two years of management experience. Both have taught him the true value of patience and understanding when working as a team. “I am looking forward to working to help build our team through thoughtful and in-depth recruitment,” says Michael. “I am also eager to have the opportunity to maximize the utilization of our HR Information System. I have enjoyed taking a deep dive into payroll and benefits systems to get the most out of them and becoming a subject matter expert on those systems.”
Susreeta Bose
Hired as: Human Resources Associate
Susreeta recently joined our eHealth Technologies Hyderabad team after serving as an HR Advisor at Akrivia Automation. Her responsibilities include employee recruitment efforts, onboarding, performing exit formalities, keeping track of attendance, and completing data analytics. She has years of experience working in the human resources field, with a wealth of knowledge surrounding recruitment and operations. “I am most looking forward to working at a company with a great culture where I can grow and learn while helping the organization reach its milestones,” says Susreeta.
Swathi Gajarla
Hired as: Manager of Software Quality Assurance
Swathi Gajarla comes to eHealth Technologies most recently serving as a Test Manager at Quest Diagnostics Inc. In her new role as Manager of Software Quality Assurance, Swathi is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s overall test strategy along with developing and leading the Test Engineering team. Her previous experience in team management, successful delivery of several testing projects on a global scale, and successful track record of working on tight schedules while meeting deadlines lends well to her new role at eHealth Technologies. “I’m looking forward to utilizing my skills to tackle challenges and help the company achieve its goals,” says Swathi.

Katelyn Giliberti
Previous Role: Client Communication Specialist, level 4 on Team 3
Promoted To: Assistant Operations Manager of Team 9
Katelyn has been part of the eHealth Technologies family for nine years. In her new role as Assistant Operations Manager, Katelyn is responsible for helping her manager with daily duties and responsibilities as well as managing her team and fostering a successful working atmosphere. She is most looking forward to building a relationship with everyone on her team as well as with eHealth Technologies’ customer base.
Katelyn’s advice to her peers when it comes to advancing in their career: “Don’t be afraid of learning new tasks. eHealth Technologies is always evolving and expanding, which is encouraging for all of us as we strive for success in our individual roles. Building positive relationships with everyone is key to our collective success.”
