eHealth Technologies is pleased to announce that Shiv Bhatia will join our team Monday, Sep. 14th as Chief Operating Officer.
Shiv brings rich experience in driving client satisfaction and business growth within culturally diverse, global environments.
In addition to overseeing the Operations team, Shiv will be responsible for guiding business strategies and operating plans, along with providing new insights into process and quality improvement, customer satisfaction improvement, business transformation, and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining eHealth Technologies, Shiv worked as Vice President of Operations/Professional Services for Cotiviti Healthcare since 2011, a leading claims payment integrity company creating savings for Health Plans.
He has also held leadership positions at multiple healthcare software solution and services companies in various capacities. Before deciding to enter the corporate sector, Shiv served in the army for five years, retiring as Major.
He holds an MBA in Healthcare Management, and MS in Strategic Studies & International Operations, an MS in Military Science and Technology and a BS in Physics and Math.
Shiv is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an AHIP Managed Healthcare Professional.
