The Democrat and Chronicle published the complete list of winner rankings for the 2020 Rochester Top Workplaces on Sunday, August 2.
eHealth Technologies was one of 66 companies this year that made the list of best places to work, based on employee surveys performed at 100 local companies, and we ranked #10 out of 13 in the mid-size company category. We were also recognized for achieving a Top Workplace designation for the fifth time (in 2020, 2018, 2017, 2016, and 2014).
It is an honor to achieve this designation based on an anonymous 24-question survey to employees performed by an outside company last fall, measuring 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to our success, including alignment, execution, connection, and performance, among others. We can also feel proud that our survey results showed that eHealth Technologies had the most improvement of any other company in our industry. This is an incredible achievement – thank you to all employees for making this possible!
