We are currently in the planning process to determine how and when to safely offer you the option to return to the office. Our number one priority is reestablishing a workplace where you feel comfortable performing your job safely.  We continue to monitor guidelines from the State of New York and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).

On Monday, May 18, certain personnel, representing a subset of the senior management team and select operations and IT staff will return to the office. With this we have instituted CDC guidelines for social distancing, enhanced cleaning procedures, and the wearing of face masks in hallways and common areas. We are also reconfiguring our meeting spaces to ensure that people can remain at least six feet apart.

This small group of employees will help us test these newly developed procedures to prepare for opening the office to a larger group of people at some point in the future.

As a safety measure, the entire building has been thoroughly cleaned, and an 18-hour inspection and maintenance to the HVAC system has been completed.

You will soon receive a survey asking you to signal your work location preferences. Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide us with this important information. As we continue to plan our reintegration to the office, we will take deliberate actions to adapt to a work environment that promotes protective measures against the spread of the coronavirus, and to the best of our ability, also aligns to your preferences with respect to work location.
