Hello Team,

Let’s celebrate recent team member leadership promotions! On behalf of the executive team, we want to thank you all for your dedication and wish you continued success in your new roles as we advance the delivery of life-altering care, together.

Congratulations on Your Promotion!

Michael Abele began his eHealth Technologies journey a little over a year ago, starting as a Human Resources Generalist. In his new role as Global People Metrics Analyst, Michael will be overseeing the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track various people-related metrics for the organization, compiling data and metrics from the human resource information system, and creating a dashboard for tracking key metrics. His role will also include auditing and analyzing the company, regarding areas of compensation, benefits, retirement programs, and other HR-related programs. Michael is most looking forward to developing and further improving the metric programs associated with compensation and turnover analytics. His advice for peers? “Don’t hold yourself back thinking something might not work out. Demonstrate to yourself and to those who sit in seats above you that you have the skills and abilities to be where you want to be. When those skills and abilities aren’t as strong as they need to be, develop them, and master them. Focus on what you want to be, what you want to accomplish, where you want to go with it, and then have the resolve to go for it all the way.”

Congratulations, Michael!

Susreeta Bose has been part of the eHealth Technologies family for a year now, starting as an HR Executive and now a Senior Global HR Executive. In her new role, Susreeta will be supporting and guiding the global offices and will be more focused on taking on new challenges. She will be supervising various HR functions, such as staffing, compensation, performance management, and more. She is looking forward to making work more enjoyable for all staff, ensuring that employees are more engaged and satisfied. Her main goal is to refine and strengthen the organization’s policies and benefits structure, as this will have a positive impact on all who work here. She has the following advice for her peers who want to advance in their careers at eHealth Technologies: “Work hard first, and smart later. It’s trendy to say that working smart is all that matters. If you want to achieve anything significant, you have to work hard. Embrace hard work early on and take pride in it. Once you’ve built leverage, you can then transition to working smart. Then, be the person who can figure it out. In the early stages, you’ll be given tasks you may not know how to complete. Being the person who can figure things out is invaluable. Dive into the work, ask key questions, and find solutions. Being resourceful will make you a sought-after team member. eHealth Technologies offers fantastic opportunities. Seize them by working hard and delivering consistent high-quality output.”

Congratulations, Susreeta!
