I’d like to take a moment to announce a new employee engagement initiative. Companywide, we are launching a quarterly Workspace Decoration Contest. Whether you are working in the office or at home, personalizing your workspace to fit your needs and changing it up with the seasons makes a huge difference in our moods and productivity. Why not show our peers our creativity and fun ways we’ve decorated our spaces to make them our own?
We’d like to thank Amanda Hensley for submitting this idea to our Brilliant Ideas inbox. She says, “People say to invest in a good mattress because you spend a third of your life on it. I feel the same way about an aesthetically pleasing workspace!”
Here’s how it works:
- At the end of each quarter, send in a picture of your workspace decorated for that quarter’s season or your favorite holiday that quarter. If following the seasons, they will be outlined like this: Q1 = Winter; Q2 = Spring; Q3 = Summer; Q4 = Fall
- All photos can be sent to BrilliantIdeas@eHealthTechnologies.com.
- Photo Submission Due Dates: March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31. All submissions must be sent in by midnight Eastern Time.
- Winners will be selected by…YOU! Submissions will be uploaded anonymously and there will be an opportunity for everyone to vote for their favorites. Prizes will be awarded for: Best Theme & Most Creative.

The first deadline for contest photos is Friday, March 31. We look forward to seeing everyone’s creativity and we encourage everyone to have fun in changing up their workspace throughout the year!
