Hi Team,

Happy Valentines Day! This is the first Monthly Objectives and Key Results Update for 2023.  I’m very happy to report that we are having a good start to the new year. We appreciate the continued commitment from all team members to ensure that patients get the help that they need as quickly as possible. We know that you are continuing to put in a lot of extra effort, and we really appreciate it!

We have defined clear objectives and key results for 2023. After one month, we are on track for 8 of 14 key results and are still forecasting to deliver on all 14 by year-end.

Build a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and engaged culture.

We need to first ensure that we have an engaged team in order to deliver on customer expectations. We have analyzed the employee engagement results and have come up with specific actions to improve engagement and attrition. We will now meet with all team members to get their feedback to ensure that we are taking the right actions to make eHealth Technologies a great place to work.

Delivered on customer expectations.

After ensuring that we have an engaged team, we will be able to deliver on customer expectations. We are advancing the delivery of life-altering care and have helped more patients than planned, but our turnaround time continues to be high due to excess backlog. The team is working urgently to decrease excess backlog and turnaround time to deliver on customer expectations.

Move relationship with customers from vendor to strategic partner with key customers.

Once we deliver on customer expectations, we will be able to move from vendor to strategic partner with key customers. In 2022, we restructured our customer-facing team, and they are now ready to engage with customers to improve our relationship by helping our customers meet their goals.

Transition from a services to a health care technology and analytics company.

We are pivoting from a services company to a health care technology and analytics company to further improve the clinical and patient experience. We will first rebrand to show how we differentiate through technology today. We will then build a world class product development organization and manage opportunities in funnel which include delivering actionable insights (clinical trial patient screening, clinical summaries) and decreasing records retrieval turnaround time and continuing to improve productivity.

Grow through expansion with strategic customers, addition of new key customers and adjacent markets.

If we are able to have an engaged team, deliver for customers, move relationships from vendor to strategic partner, and deliver actionable insights and decrease records retrieval turnaround times, we will be able to grow quickly and help advance the deliver of life altering care for more patients.

We have a great opportunity to help hundreds of thousands of patients in a more meaningful way, but it all starts with our team members.
