We are pleased to introduce a new way to receive IT support from our Help Desk, provided by CTG. After a successful pilot test, all employees now have access to a new feature called CTG Chat.

This means that you can start an instant chat with the Help Desk 24 hours a day simply by clicking on the “CTG Chat” icon right from your desktop. You can also access the Chat from Paylocity, or from the employee website.

Chat brings you one more way to access the IT Help Desk support you need, when you need it.
