On November 1st we ended our support contract with Ideal Integrations.
We have brought the helpdesk duties in-house. Internally, the helpdesk duties will be handled by the IT Operations team.
The operational hours of the helpdesk are from Monday – Friday, 7:00 am EST – 8:00 pm EST.
