Hello eHealth Technologies Team!

As mentioned in your May 20th Caring Together Connections newsletter, my team and I will be facilitating focus groups for eHealth Technologies staff. We have questions prepared to help guide the conversation, but it’s really a time for you to be able to share anything you feel will help us help eHealth Technologies become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. To get the most accurate picture of eHealth Technologies as possible, we are looking for every 20-seat session to be filled. With that said, we encourage you to sign up for as many groups as you identify with. Click here to sign up.

Women Open to anyone who identifies as a woman (cisgender and transgender).
6/23/2021 2:00 PM Intergenerational Open to any eHealth Technologies employee. The focus of this session is to understand the differences of experiences of eHealth Technologies employees based on generation, age, and years of employment at eHealth Technologies. We encourage employees of all ages/generations to join this focus group.
6/29/2021 3:00 PM Veteran/Active Military Open to anyone who was/is a member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active military, veteran, and/or reservist).
7/7/2021 1:00 PM Women of Color Open to anyone who identifies as Woman of Color.
7/13/2021 1:00 PM People with Disabilities Open to anyone who identifies as a member of the disability community (including but not limited to d/Deaf, disabled, chronically ill, and neurodiverse individuals).
7/21/2021 3:00 PM LGBTQ Open to anyone who identifies as LGBTQAAIP+.
8/5/2021 1:00 PM Managers/Supervisors Open only to Managers and Supervisors.
8/12/2021 1:00 PM Leadership Team Open only to members of the Leadership Team.

  • We do not share names of those who sign-up/participate.

 Confidentiality

  • Focus groups are completely voluntary but not anonymous as all will participate via Zoom (so you’ll see who is in your group). However, we ask all participants to respect the confidentiality of what is said.
  • When we report results of the assessments, no personal information will be identified, only combined group data.
