I am happy to report that most of our operations are settling into a normal state with all technology functioning as planned and our operational and technical teams working through their daily work assignments. Again my thanks to everyone for your teamwork and focus on the business.
We are monitoring our incoming request volume from our clients and using this to develop a forecast for the business going forward. We are seeing wide volume impacts across our client base depending on their geographic location and their specialty.
We have two items for you to make note of below about technical support and access to the employee website:
Technical support can now be accessed through normal procedures. The Operations team should contact their RTL (or CSS 3 if RTL not available); other non-operations employees may submit tickets by:

- 2. Phone: 585-743-1441
- 3. Right click: Select “Request Support”
