Leadership Notes
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, CHALLENGES, AND FOCUS AREAS
Last Week’s Accomplishments:
- Operations
- Helped advanced the delivery of life-altering care for ~8k people last week!
- Turnaround time decreased from 7.8 to 7.7 days.
- Closed locations came in 2% ahead of plan.
- Technology
- Overall system uptime came in at 99.99% against a plan of 99.9% with no major outages or downtime.
- Product Management
- Added Memorial Sloan Kettering and City of Hope-Pathology to Outreach WQs to improve productivity.
- Completed analysis and made decision to upgrade K2; Nintex verified that K2 will be here for the long-term and supported with sharing investment roadmap, they also verified that the Nintex platform was not appropriate for our purposes; received proposal from ProcessMaker but too much cost/risk involved in making the change with little benefit.
- Customer Success
- Continued proactive communication to key and strategic customers letting them know about the progress that has been made due to the actions taken to reduce patient turnaround time as well as the actions that we are taking to keep turnaround time down in the future.
- Human Resources
- Continued to execute on employee engagement action plan by completing high priority actions.
- Completed panel interview for SVP and decided to keep searching for the right candidate.
- Managed staffing to meet demand and financial expectations. Currently have 532 Team Members against a forecast of 520 Team Members at the end of May.
Last Week’s Challenges:
- Operations
- Closed locations / person / day came in at 10.8 against a forecast of 10.9.
- Excess backlog held steady at ~3,700 patients.
- Patient volume came in 5% below plan.
This Week’s Focus:
- Operations
- Continue to keep urgency up on closing cases to decrease excess backlog and get turnaround time down.
- Sales
- Close Hackensack Medical Center and Transcarent opportunities.
- Customer Success
- Onsite go-live meeting with Stanford Castro Valley and Pleasanton Cancer Centers.
- Human Resources
- Continue to execute on employee engagement action plan by completing high-priority actions.
- Continue to advance the COO/SVP search.

Stroll for Strong Kids is This Sunday!
The eHealth Technologies Cares Committee is currently fundraising for its next event, Stroll for Strong Kids and 5K, in support of the Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester, New York. Whether you pledge, walk, or run, it’s a fun event that makes a big impact on little lives. The event will take place on Sunday, June 4. We are beyond excited to report that we have not only met but exceeded our fundraising goal to over $1,000! Thank you to everyone who has donated or signed on to participate so far. Complete Your Traliant Trainings by May 31
