Hello team,

I’d like to congratulate Kaitlyn Stapleton from our Duffield, Virginia office, and Sarah Brill and Christyne Santella from our Rochester, New York office for advancing in their careers at eHealth Technologies. On behalf of the executive team, we want to thank you both for your leadership and wish you continued success in your new roles as we advance the delivery of life-altering care, together.

Sarah Brill, Customer Success Manager

Sarah Brill has worked at eHealth Technologies for six and a half years, serving as Customer Support Specialist I, II and III, and most recently as an Operations Manager. In her new role as Customer Success Manager, she will serve as the main point of contact for a set group of clients, partnering with them to ensure we are meeting their needs in a timely manner, while collaborating with internal team members to ensure expectations are met. She is most looking forward to building relationships with our customers and gaining experience in a different field within the company. Her entire career at eHealth Technologies has been in the Operations department and she is ready to take on a new challenge!

Sarah’s advice for colleagues who want to advance in their careers at eHealth Technologies:

“There are many opportunities for growth at eHealth Technologies, make sure you know what your end goal is and work with your manager to best prepare for your success. Don’t be afraid to take on new challenges and be open to learning opportunities to grow your knowledge base. Volunteer for projects, take the extra step to go above and beyond, and don’t be afraid to reach out for help when needed. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and be confident in your work!”

Congratulations, Sarah!

Kaitlyn Stapleton, Operations Manager

Kaitlyn started her career journey at eHealth Technologies in January 2021 as a Medical Outreach Specialist I and was promoted last October to Assistant Operations Manager of Team 10. Moving forward, Kaitlyn will serve as the Operations Manager for Team 2. In her new role, Kaitlyn will be conducting one-on-one meetings with her team members and will work closely with our Customer Success Managers and clients. She is most looking forward to building a relationship with her new team and learning more about the organization’s processes and procedures that are in place from a management perspective.

Her advice to team members on advancing in their careers at eHealth Technologies?

“Always try to be better than you were the day before. There is always room for improvement! Ask questions and stay curious.”

Congratulations, Kaitlyn!

Christyne Santella, Assistant Operations Manager

Christyne Santella has been a part of the eHealth Technologies family for two years, starting as a fulfillment team member in February 2021 and moving up to a fulfillment level 3 role in August of 2022. Her previous roles had her focusing on outreach phone calls as well as reports, indexing and indexing QAs, then RTLs after the level 3 promotion. She now focuses on helping her team, their metrics, and RTLs while assisting in reporting and indexing as needed.

In her new role as Assistant Operations Manager, Christyne is most looking forward to learning more about the inner workings of the company and using her knowledge from different operations roles to help improve our systems to better help our patients.

She has the following advice for team members looking to advance:

“Treat every patient’s case like it was your own family. Putting ourselves in the shoes of the patient puts even more urgency behind our purpose and helps us to go the extra mile in the important role we play throughout their healthcare journey.”

Congratulations, Christyne!

Let’s show our team members some appreciation and support by dropping them congratulatory and welcome notes via email or Teams message!
