Vilas Borker, promoted from System Analyst to Application Support Team Lead

Vilas Borker has been a part of the eHealth Technologies family since May 2020 and works out of our office in Hyderabad. He was previously promoted from System Engineer to the Application Support Team Lead. In his new role Vilas will still be providing support to all of eHealth Technologies’ production systems and will now lead the application support team by providing guidance and leadership to its new members. He will ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner and more complex issues are escalated to the appropriate internal team(s).

“It’s time to explore new challenges and take the next steps in my career,” says Vilas. “With this role I have an opportunity to learn more leadership skills over time, make progress towards my personal and professional goals, and contribute to the growth of eHealth Technologies.”

When asked what advice he would give to his peers looking to advance in their careers, he said:

“eHealth Technologies is growing and there are more growth opportunities to come. Put in your best effort and stay focused, welcome feedback from your manager, be a team player, and never stop learning.”

Sharath Chandra Chinta, promoted from Lead Software Engineer to Principal Application Engineer

Sharath Chandra Chinta has been working at eHealth Technologies since February 2022, starting out as a Lead Software Engineer in our Hyderabad office. In his new role as Principal Application Engineer, Sharath will be responsible for working closely with development, product management, and architecture teams to solve highly technical and complex problems, ensuring quality code development and providing system support, and actively participating in code and design reviews. Sharath is most looking forward to using his expertise to reduce the technical debt in existing projects and design, helping to develop upcoming projects and enriching the engineering team by following all technical and business values.

He offers the following advice to his peers:

“eHealth Technologies is a great place to work with plenty of opportunities. I recommend that team members focus on their deliverables and the rest will fall in place. No effort will go without recognition.”

Thumu Anil Kumar, promoted from Senior Quality Engineer to Lead Quality Engineer

Thumu Anil Kumar has been working in our Hyderabad office for almost two years! In his new role as Lead Quality Engineer, he will be responsible for leading the QA team for test planning and strategies, working closely with stakeholders including project managers, product owners, and developers to define test objectives and deliver reliable and user-friendly software to customers. Thumu is truly excited about the opportunity to lead and guide a team of QA professionals and looks forward to tackling problems by finding innovative solutions and continuously improving the QA process.

He offers the following advice to his peers:

  • Take ownership of your work and strive for excellence in everything you do.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and continuously expand your skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and mentors who can support your growth.
  • Communicate your career aspirations and goals with your supervisor or manager and seek their guidance and feedback.
