Hello Team,
Let’s celebrate recent team member promotions and new hires – congratulations on your continued success, and welcome to eHealth Technologies! On behalf of the executive team, we want to thank you all for your leadership and wish you continued success in your new roles as we advance the delivery of life-altering care, together.
Welcome to the Team!
Yvonne is our newest Director of Human Resources. She comes to us from Worldwide Healthstaff Solutions where she previously served as their Director of Human Resources, staffing medical facilities around the country with personnel from 30 different countries. In her new role, Yvonne will oversee and provide guidance to our global team’s approach to employee engagement and culture, learning and development, performance management, benefits and total rewards, diversity, equity, and inclusion, health and safety, and conflict resolution. Her previous work experience has allowed her to gain valuable skills and insights regarding the most successful approaches to employee engagement, learning, and development, through the implementation of apprenticeship and training programs to help employees grow in their careers. Yvonne is most looking forward to working with our team members and learning more about our organization’s training needs so the right resources and tools can be put in place to help team members advance their skills in their careers. Fun fact about Yvonne? She likes to go on camping trips with the girls, go hang gliding, mountain climbing, and run marathons. She has three dogs – Zena, Penny, and Gabby. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with degrees in business, criminal psychology, and human relations.
Welcome, Yvonne!

She has substantial experience in building client relationships with strategic accounts, is an excellent problem solver, and loves to forecast and develop clients so the account experiences growth to the benefit of the client and for the organization. She is most looking forward to working with great people and learning more about the eHealth Technologies business model. Fun facts about Christina? She loves to learn new things – right now she is learning how to write code and play the piano.
Welcome, Christina!
Congratulations on Your Promotion!
Robert Halter has worked at eHealth Technologies for almost three years, previously working in Outreach leadership and now as an Assistant Operations Manager. His new role will allow him an opportunity to mentor and coach team members to help deliver patient care as quickly as possible. He is most looking forward to working with everyone on his team, helping them to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to advance in their careers. He has learned a lot along the way and wants to give back and help others the same way he has been helped throughout the years. His advice for team members is: “Be as thorough as possible and remember – these are patients we are helping, people just like you, me, and our families – try to imagine if these people were your loved ones and give them the same care and attention to detail as you would your own family.”
Congratulations, Robert!
Christyne Santella has been a part of the eHealth Technologies team for two-and-a-half years. She has worked in all roles within Operations including Intake, Fulfillment, Outreach, and Assistant Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager. This new role allows Christyne to be able to take a more active role in managing the team’s goals, advocating for her team and patients, and employee training and development. She looks forward to having a voice for the Operations department and hopes she can bring a fresh perspective to improving patient care through her work at eHealth Technologies. She says, “Never stop trying or learning. In the words of Bob Ross – ‘we don’t make mistakes, only happy accidents’ – because we cannot learn without making those happy accidents!”
Congratulations, Christyne!
Suchita Uniyal has been a part of the eHealth Technologies family for more than two years, beginning her journey as a Medical Fulfillment Specialist, then advancing to an Operational Excellence Specialist, and now an Assistant Operations Manager. She looks forward to leading a team and imparting wisdom and knowledge to her team members, taking on new tasks and challenges, and is eager to gain additional knowledge and insights from the leadership team.
She says, “Professional growth and learning comes first. Our careers will advance more quickly if we apply the abilities and effort we have acquired. Working with the company’s vision and gaining knowledge from the leadership team will constantly propel the organization forward while also advancing our professional careers.” She would like to thank the leadership team she has worked with – Shiny Kashmira, for being her mentor and trainer, helping her to excel within the organization – and Sanket Kiran, Jyothi Kalluri, and Selena Harris, whose leadership qualities she has always admired, and whose footsteps she plans to follow as she advances within the company.
