Suresh Babu Vudatha, IT Manager – Application Engineering
Suresh Vudatha comes to eHealth Technologies as one of our newest managers in application engineering. He previously served as a technical manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions. His responsibilities in his new role include working with the development team to achieve their sprint goals, ensuring that processes and guidelines are followed during implementation, encouraging his team to learn and adopt new technologies that can enhance productivity, interacting with stakeholders to serve as a liaison between the technical team and other departments, and conducting performance evaluations. His experience in development processes, technologies, and best practices position him for success in leading his team and contributing to the company’s goals. He is most looking forward to closely working with a talented technical team and to collaborating with cross-functional teams to create valuable products and services. In his spare time he likes to watch cricket and solve puzzles, like Sudoku and the regional language crossword.

Ebrahim Ahrestani, promoted to Assistant Operations Manager
Ebrahim Ahrestani has worked at eHealth Technologies for more than two years, starting as a medical fulfillment specialist level one processor, and then was promoted to level three. He received training in different processes, worked hard, and was recently promoted to assistant operations manager. In his new role, Ebrahim will be responsible for leading a team, helping and training newly promoted team members, evaluating team member performances, and maintaining a healthy and happy work environment. Ebrahim is looking forward to sharpening his knowledge and skills and learning more throughout his new role to elevate his credibility and live out the company’s value of integrity. Here is Ebrahim’s advice to his peers: “First and foremost, my advice would be to seek out a goal that drives you when you’re struggling the most. Being goal-oriented is key toward one’s success. Be open to change and advancements and to adapt toward the betterment of the company and toward the betterment of a patient’s health.”
Kirk Balcom, promoted to Assistant Operations Manager
Kirk Balcom has been a part of the eHealth Technologies team since 2015! He previously served as a CSS4 on Team 13, and now he is the Assistant Operations Manager of the same team. Kirk will be responsible for making sure that requests are processed quickly and efficiently to ensure that patients can be seen for their appointments in a timely manner, as well as regularly communicating with requestors to provide updates and help solve any issues that may occur with submitted requests. Kirk looks forward to working closely with his new manager to help improve turnaround times for the customers in his region so that patients can be seen more quickly for their appointments, and to continuing to help his team members grow and expand their knowledge. His advice for team members looking to advance in their careers? “Be proactive in your interest to grow. Do not be afraid to ask questions and learn from mistakes. Actively work with your manager on how to self-improve. Finally, and most importantly, understand that what we do directly affects patient care and treat everything you work on with equal effort.”
Annie Butcher, promoted to Operations Manager
Annie Butcher has been part of the eHealth Technologies family for over four years and was recently promoted from an Assistant Manager to an Operations Manager. In her new role she will be responsible for ensuring the days run smoothly, answering questions, responding to requestors, and mentoring and coaching her team members. She is most looking forward to working more closely with the staff to help them learn so they can all assist patients more quickly. When asked for her advice for peers, she said, “Keep your head up, work hard, and take pride in what you do. Ask for help and feedback from your supervisor.”
Louis D’Amico, promoted to Assistant Operations Manager
Louis D’Amico joined the eHealth Technologies family four years ago, and he was recently promoted from a Level 5 to an Assistant Operations Manager. His new responsibilities include serving as his manager’s number two, addressing his team’s questions, motivating his team, and coming up with new ways to improve his team’s daily numbers. He is mostly looking forward to helping get his team to a higher level and making sure daily goals are always met. His advice to peers? “Never give up. No matter how long you’ve worked here, there will always be new things to learn, so keep an open mind and put your best foot forward every day.”
Kandada Sahithi Reddy, promoted to Assistant Operations Manager
Kandada Sahithi Reddy has been on the eHealth Technologies team for two and a half years. Her previous roles were in indexing and medical fulfillment. She is now the assistant operations manager for team 12B, where she will lead her teammates by answering their questions and assisting her manager as needed. She is looking forward to learning new processes and says, “At eHealth Technologies, the hard work always wins. The one who works hard will be recognized –when you work hard, you can learn new things.”
Baseer Uz Zama, promoted to Assistant Manager – Global Imaging
Baseer Zama has worked at eHealth Technologies for two years now, first serving as a Medical Imaging Specialist III. He is now an Assistant Manager of Global Imaging where he will be responsible for managing and leading his team, auditing team performance, conducting employee training, and maintaining process quality. He is most looking forward to opportunities to enhance team bonding and maintain process quality, all while “leading the team with positive vibes”. His advice for peers looking to advance? “Have a long-term vision, learn as much as you can, and always pursue opportunities for personal development.”
