Be sure to draft your Individual Development plan (IDP) and share with your manager by Friday, April 1.
Once your manager has had an opportunity to review your IDP, they will schedule a career planning discussion with you to further update and finalize your plan.
Be sure to visit the ehealthtechnologies.info/learning-resources (password: eHealth@home) for the form and resources to aid you in completing your IDP.
