We have arranged virtual 401k meetings with Mackenzi Springer from Novem (investment broker for the 401k in U.S.).
Individual 20-minute appointments.
If you are a U.S. employee enrolled in the 401k or have tenure over 90 days and interested in enrolling in the 401k and want to schedule a 20 minute meeting, email Michelle Halloran with a 20-minute time frame between noon and 4 pm on Thursday, Sep. 24 when you are available.
