Shelbi O’Geen, Operations Manager

Shelbi O’Geen has been a part of our eHealth Technologies family for eight years! She was recently promoted from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager. In her new role, Shelbi oversees all members of Team 11 and its associated accounts. Shelbi looks forward to spreading her wealth of knowledge and positivity to the rest of her team and to contributing to a strong and happy workforce. She offers the following advice to colleagues who are looking to advance in their careers at the organization: “Always keep your chin up and stay positive. Seek out the most knowledgeable people you can find and learn as much as you can from them. Never think for a second that you’re done learning!”

Brett Crown, Vice President of Business Development, HIE and Imaging Exchange

Brett Crown comes to the eHealth Technologies team from Tiani Spirit GmbH, having served as their Chief Innovation, Strategy, and Growth Officer for the last 14 years. There he helped build and implement strategic partnerships with global Fortune 500 companies, partnering with some of the world’s largest HIEs and Imaging Exchanges. In his new role, Brett is responsible for increasing brand awareness and building out the national footprint for our Imaging Exchange division. His goal is to work hand in hand with the HIE community and its developers, making sure eHealth Technologies is there to solve their challenges with our solutions. He is most looking forward to building things and solving IFTTT challenges, meeting great people, and having fun along the way. Fun fact about Brett? He is a full-time single father of five with four kids ages 17, 17, 8, and 6 living at home. His hobbies are his kids – from bike riding, to hiking, to getting them ready for college – every day is an adventure!

Chris Deem, Director of IT Infrastructure

 

Chris Deem recently served as the Manager of IT Infrastructure for Duquesne Light Company, a local power utility in Pittsburgh. In his new role as Director of IT Infrastructure at eHealth Technologies, Chris is responsible for supporting and managing the teams that ensure we have secure, reliable, and available IT systems so that everyone can do their best to support our customers. Over the years, Chris has worked in a number of industries with many talented people. He brings to this new role a collection of his own knowledge and experience as well as what he has learned from others in the industry. Chris has a passion for technology and helping others and he uses this passion to better the lives of his colleagues as well as his customers. Fun facts about Chris? He is a big Pittsburgh sports fan (Penguins are #1, Steelers are #2, and we do not talk about the Pirates!) He also enjoys food and traveling.

Tony DiGregorio, Senior Systems Administrator

Tony DiGregorio comes to the eHealth Technologies family having recently served as a Cloud Engineer IV for Net Health Inc. In his new role as Senior Systems Administrator, Tony is responsible for assessing the current state of the company’s infrastructure and working through existing challenges while helping the team plan for the future. Tony has years of experience in similar roles and has learned so much about the upgrade process. He is most looking forward to contributing to the organization and helping it to grow into a major player in the health care industry. Fun facts about Tony? He has played guitar since he was nine and for a short period of time, he was a member of the band Disturbed. He also enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and coaching his son’s baseball team.

Steven Helbig, Manager of Technical Operations

 

Steven Helbig comes to eHealth Technologies after many years of managing the technical operations teams at Jefferson and Canonsburg Hospitals through his time at Highmark and Pomeroy. In his new role, Steven is responsible for combining the application and services teams into one, increasing our team’s effectiveness, and providing the best possible support for our customers. Throughout the years Steven has worked with a diverse set of individuals with many different skillsets and he is confident that this experience will be helpful in his new role. He looks forward to working with a new team and taking pride in the work we all will accomplish together. Fun fact about Steven? He loves dogs – he has six of them!

Audra Huber, Regional Vice President of Sales – East

 

Audra Huber most recently served as a Clinical Account Director and Business Development Sales Director at VisualDx, a clinical decision support system designed to enhance medical decisions and improve patient safety. In her new role as Vice President of Sales, Audra is responsible for developing and maintaining new sales and current account expansion plans focused on new business development. Audra is very familiar with the consultative selling process and uncovering pain points and needs through discovery calls, actively listening, and asking insightful questions. She is most looking forward to making a difference in the lives of patients, the challenge of a complex sale, working with a great group of people, and hitting her sales goals. Fun fact about Audra? She was born and raised in New Jersey and has been living in upstate New York for over 20 years. Audra and her husband like to work out, watch sports, and are both huge dog lovers. They have a five-year-old rescue named Tatum.

Sanjeev Kumar, Director of Operations Excellence

Sanjeev Kumar is our Director of Operations Excellence in our newest office location in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. His role responsibilities include streamlining our processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and leading the Training and QA teams. Sanjeev previously served as a Director of Operations for Accurio Health and held several operations roles for a company called R1 RCM, a provider of technology-driven solutions that transform the patient experience and financial performance of healthcare providers. In his past roles, Sanjeev was deeply involved in process excellence. His background poises him for great success in his new leadership role at eHealth Technologies. Sanjeev is looking forward to identifying new projects and implementing them successfully with visible results. Fun fact about Sanjeev?  In his spare time, he likes to travel and go bike riding.

Sanjeev Singh, Release Manager Scrum Master

 

We welcome Sanjeev Singh to the eHealth Technologies team as our newest Release Manager Scrum Master. Sanjeev comes to us from NTTDATA where he served as a Scrum Master. In his new role Sanjeev is responsible for release activities and keeping the team organized and on track, progressing on the projects that are in motion in order of priority, and protecting the team from distractions. As an experienced Scrum Master, Sanjeev knows he can help his team to be self-organized and understand Agile values and principles. He is most looking forward to helping the team adopt Scrum in a way that continuously improves their capabilities to effectively self-organize in addressing complex problems through experimentation to maximize the generated business value. Fun fact about Sanjeev? He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and watching F1 racing.

Chris Temple, Director of Software Architecture

 

Chris Temple, “Temple”, joined the eHealth Technologies family having recently served as a Director of IT for a creative agency in Pittsburgh. In his new role he is responsible for strategically guiding our organization with new technology and design ideas as well as implementing developmental strategies. His entire career has revolved around transforming data into usable knowledge for the people who need it, having previously worked as a researcher-in-residence, a data visualization specialist, web application developer, database administrator, and technology startup entrepreneur. He plans to leverage all these experiences to help maximize the full potential of eHealth Technologies’ products and services. He looks forward to working with an awesome team and providing services to people in need. Fun fact about Temple? He enjoys backpack camping, cooking, reading, yoga, weightlifting, and tech tinkering. He is also a board member of a charity organization that helps victims of interpersonal violence in East Africa (CERESAV).

Sudhakar Tetali, IT Manager of Software Quality Assurance

Sudhakar Tetali is our newest IT Manager of Software Quality Assurance, having recently served as a QA Manager at Conduent Business Services India LLP. In his new role, Sudhakar is responsible for team leadership and management, leading the quality assurance strategy, creating and executing test plans, identifying opportunities for automation, and resolving defects. His past experiences have equipped him with a well-rounded perspective on quality assurance and management, gaining hands-on experience in designing and implementing robust QA processes. He says, “I have successfully managed cross-functional teams.”
