KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, CHALLENGES, AND FOCUS AREAS
Last Week’s Accomplishments:
- Operations
- Helped advanced the delivery of life-altering care for ~6,200 people last week!
- Stanford SLA TAT continues at below 5 days.
- City of Hope Team 12a excess backlog down from 2.93 days to 1.99 days…approximate 1-day reduction and Team 12b excess backlog down from 5.54 to 3.18…over a 2-day reduction.
- Sales
- Retained UCSD-received formal announcement that eHealth Technologies “Won” UCSD RFP Enterprise Renewal. RFP process generated new expansion opportunity as well.
- Marketing
- Published updated Oncology case study. “Decrease Time to Treatment”.
- Customer Success
- Completed remote go-live implementation with Ochsner Liver Transplant and NYP Weill Cornell GI.
- Technology
- Overall system uptime came in at 99.99% against a plan of 99.9%.
- Human Resources
- Continued to execute on employee engagement action plan by completing high-priority actions.
- Managed staffing to meet demand and financial expectations. Currently have 552 Team Members against a forecast of 553 Team Members at the end of June.
Last Week’s Challenges:
- Operations
- Closed locations / person / day came in at 9.9 against a forecast of 11.6. Underperformance caused by a number of facilities being understaffed due to the holiday which result in operational delays. Productivity improved in the later part of the week (11.2).
- Excess backlog increased from ~3,600 to ~3,700 patients.
- Patient volume came in 13% below plan.
- Closed locations came in 7% below plan.
- Turnaround time remained at 7.6 days.
- City of Hope service level agreement (SLA) turnaround time is over 6 days but should continue to come down as backlog reduced.
This Week’s Focus:
- Operations
- Continue to keep urgency up on closing cases to decrease excess backlog and get turnaround time down.
- Continued progress with City of Hope and maintaining SLA compliance with Stanford.
- Onboarding Director of Operational Excellence-Sanjeev Kumar in Aurangabad.
- Planning for the consolidation of City of Hope and the remake of the three teams.
- Sales

- Progress Transcarent, UH, UC Davis and Ascension opportunities.
- Reforecast sales for the remainder of the year given sales delays through the first half of the year.
- Customer Success
- UVA Wave 2 Phase 2 (spine, neurology, neurosurgery) go-live.
- Remote quarterly business reviews with UCLA Small Bowel TX, Mayo Clinic Jacksonville COE/VSO, Virginia Mason Neuro, and Advocate Christ.
- Human Resources
- Continue to execute on employee engagement action plan by completing high-priority actions.

COMPANY UPDATES
DUE JULY 31: LGBTQ+ INCLUSION TRAINING (15 MINUTES)
You all should have received an email from Traliant with a link to complete a 15-minute LGBTQ+ Inclusion training, spearheaded by our DEI Committee. Diversity and inclusion training encourages all of us to learn about and respect one another’s differences, including sexual orientation, and helps to prevent conflicts by creating a sense of equality and belonging in the workplace. SET BOUNDARIES BEFORE YOU GO ON VACATION
Do you have a hard time disconnecting from work—like, completely disconnecting—while you’re on vacation? Here are five things to do in advance to protect your precious time off.
- Provide a plan. Prepare a document outlining how your work will get done. Who is the emergency contact for each issue that could arise in your absence? Who will manage any ongoing projects?
- Block your calendar. This way, your manager, colleagues, and clients will remember that you’re out-of-office (OOO) any time they try to send you a meeting invite.
- Send pre-notices for standing meetings. Don’t just decline standing meetings the week of your vacation. Send emails to let the people who run those meetings know that you won’t be there—and ask if there’s anything they need from you before you depart.
- Optimize your OOO message. State that you will not be reachable until the date you return. Include an internal contact for emergencies and one who will handle other important but non-urgent inquiries.
- Send a final reminder. The week before your vacation, remind all your relevant collaborators when you’ll be on vacation and the date you’ll return.
