David Bauer, promoted from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager
David Bauer has been part of our eHealth Technologies family for a little over five years. He was formerly the Assistant Operations Manager for Team 6 and now he manages Team 12C. His new responsibilities include leading and training his team, communicating with requestors, directors, and the team, ensuring that everyone is staying on track with their goals, and helping everyone stay productive and engaged. He looks forward to training his team and leading them to be the top-performing team at eHealth Technologies! Each day he looks forward to ensuring his team has a positive work experience and enjoys returning to work the next day.
When asked what advice he would give to his peers looking to advance in their careers, he said:
“Communication is key. Talk with your supervisor, work with them, find your niche, but never pass up on the chance to learn something new. Be patient and roll with the punches because everything is always in flux!”

Michael Haubner, promoted from Fulfillment Specialist IV to Assistant Operations Manager
Michael Haubner has been with eHealth Technologies for four and a half years now. He is now the Assistant Operations Manager for Team 12C, helping to lead his peers with additional members of the leadership team. He looks forward to the challenge and responsibility of running a team and providing guidance for all his team members.
His advice? “Always keep an open mind to new ideas and focus on being accurate. The efficiency will come with practice.”

Sanket Kiran, promoted from Operations Manager to Senior Operations Manager
Sanket Kiran started his career journey with eHealth Technologies in May 2020 as an Operations Manager. In his new role as Senior Operations Manager, Sanket will remain responsible for leading the Hyderabad team, but will also be focused on setting up the operations team in Aurangabad for success. Sanket is thrilled about the added responsibilities that come with this new role and is fully dedicated to working towards achieving the company’s goals.
His advice to peers: “Stay focused on your goals, give your utmost effort in your current roles, keep the bigger picture in mind to foster collaboration with fellow colleagues in achieving shared objectives, and be patient while at work.”

Roger Lusk, promoted from Medical Support Specialist IV to Assistant Operations Manager
Roger Lusk has been part of the eHealth Technologies family since January 2020, starting out in a Medical Support Specialist IV role on Team 10. In his new role as Assistant Operations Manager for Team 6, Roger’s responsibilities include assisting his manager to make sure daily goals are met, and to help guide the team to its utmost potential.
He is most looking forward to learning new skills and to helping build a stronger team to help patients in need. His advice? “Stay active and ask questions!”

David Zapinsky, promoted from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager
David Zapinsky has spent the last four and a half years of his career journey at eHealth Technologies. He formerly served as the Assistant Operations Manager for the Intake Team and Team 1 MSK and now he manages Team 1 MSK. In his new manager role, his responsibilities are similar, but now include HR tasks and regular reporting. David is mostly looking forward to the challenge of being in charge of so many team members – he thrives under pressure!
His advice to team members: “Work hard and learn any aspect of the job that you can. Don’t be afraid to ask to learn new tasks. Hard work will never go unnoticed.”
